Hatsuko Matsumoto joined Amazon Japan in 2000 as a book editor to participate in the launch project of the Japanese site. At Amazon, she was consistently engaged in improving the customer experience through marketing, product and program management in the retail and operations divisions. Since 2019, she is in charge of the Digital Innovation Program that supports the acceleration of digital transformation at financial institutions at AWS. Previously worked at Mainichi Newspapers.
