Norihiro joined BayCurrent Consulting after working for a major IT company.
Since the establishment of BayCurrent's Digital Innovation Lab in 2016, he has led various Digital Transformation (DX) and Customer Experience (CX) related projects with themes including DX strategy formulation, new business development, and DX organizational design.
He has also co-authored publications such as "Reality of Digital" and "Data Leveraged Management" (Nikkei BP) as well as "Get to the Heart of DX" and "Impressive Customer Experience" (Toyo Keizai).
