After dropping out of high school, began programming at the age of 16 and became independent by 17.
Enrolled in a Canadian university, but returned to Japan after two years and founded Incubit Inc. in 2014.
At Incubit, achieved success as a serial entrepreneur, including the launch of a surgical support AI startup and the M&A of an AI infrastructure inspection business.
Founded Tektome Inc. as the third start-up and is currently developing an AI platform for construction design using generative AI.
In 2020, I founded Lazuli Inc. that is now one of the best AI and GenAI SaaS startup in Japan. Previous job is the Head of the Data Department and Director of the Data Science Research Lab at startup in 2018. And before is the head of data scientist and big data evangelist at Recruit Co., which is one of the biggest HR company in Japanese public market.
I hold a Master’s degree from the Graduate School of Information Science and Engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
Sonoda Atom is a PhD graduate from the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. In 2018, he founded Lightblue, a company specializing in solutions centered on video analysis and natural language processing AI. Lightblue has developed products such as "Human Sensing," an image analysis system focused on people; the Karasu series of LLMs, noted for top-class performance in Japan; and Lightblue Assistant, an LLM application for utilizing proprietary data. Sonoda currently serves as the CEO of Lightblue.

Supporting "contribution to the society by a technical innovation" has been always the mission in METI and inorder to realize it, founded bestat Inc in 2018. We aim to commoditize 3D data.
Previously, Takehito led the launch of Google Health’s Japan business and the first joint research project on AI-assisted breast cancer screening with a leading cancer hospital in Japan. Prior to Google, he worked with Mitsubishi Corporation where he led investments, M&A, and new business development in the healthcare industry, and served as Director of North American Healthcare Business in the Bay area. He obtained an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
After graduating from Keio University, joined Boston Consulting, working on business strategy, new business startups, and digital marketing related projects in various areas such as technology, manufacturing, infrastructure/energy, and pharmaceuticals. Subsequently, managed several startups in AI, cloud services, and biotech, and was in charge of R&D and AI consulting business at NABLAS.
Joined TGI Financial Solutions (now NTT Data Luweave) in 2011, engaging in the development and operation of FX automated trading systems and the analysis of financial transactions.
From 2017, joined Accenture and, as a data scientist in the AI group, led projects involving machine learning models and optimization logic development.

Anthony Lee is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lydia AI, an applied AI company on a mission to insure and protect the next billion people. Anthony leads a multi-disciplinary team of bioinformaticians, AI researchers, and actuaries to help insurers leverage new sources of alternative data for approving insurance products in different online and offline digital channels. Anthony co-founded Lydia AI after graduating with a degree in Computational Linguistics from the University of Toronto. Lydia AI is backed by the Canadian Government, Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, Information Venture Partners and 500 Global.
Founder and CEO of AVA Intelligence Inc., a startup company developing "AVA Travel," a travel planning service powered by AI. In July 2024, the company won first place in the "Generative AI Entrepreneur Pitch" event, which focused on generative AI, at the major startup conference "IVS2024 KYOTO" held in Japan.
Katsutoshi Matsushita manages investment division in SMBC Venture Capital with 10 years of experience as a capitalist.
Also, he engaged in Corporate Sales Department in SMBC since 2000 to 2007, and IPO Supporting in SMBC Nikko Securities since 2013 to 2020.
With his experiences in equity finance and corporate finance, he has led 9 companies to IPO as a venture capitalist, and supported 11 companies’ IPOs as an investment banker.
Operates multiple organizations with the mission of promoting the use of AI and IT across the financial industry. Worked at 77 Bank, Japanese Bankers Association, House of Representatives Secretary, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking, Digital Agency before assuming current position. In 2022, while working as a private sector specialist at the Digital Agency, established the Financial Data Utilization Promotion Association and launched the NPO Financial IT Association. In 2023, he established Trust Co., Ltd., a startup that maximizes business effectiveness through financial AI and IT. Edited and authored “Financial AI Success Patterns”.
Issei Takino is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer at Mujin Inc, and is responsible for leveraging Mujin's automation technology to fundamentally change the landscape of manufacturing and logistics. Before founding Mujin, he served as an Award-Winning Sales Manager at the Japanese branch of Iscar, one of the most profitable precision tool makers in the world.
Passed the bar exam in 2014, joined Nishimura & Asahi in 2016, joined ZeLo in 2018. The main practice areas as an attorney include startup support, rulemaking/public affairs, Fintech, M&A. Director of Public Meets Innovation. Author of "Strategy and Practice of Rulemaking" (Shojihomu, 2021), etc. After studying in the United States (University of Pennsylvania Law School, Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley), she has been in her current position since November 2022.

The true value of generative AI is unlocked through its practical application in business operations. RAG is gaining attention as a technology that complements the knowledge that LLMs itself cannot provide. However, when it comes to implementing RAG systems, many challenges arise.
One of the major challenges is dealing with unstructured data. We have worked on various projects handling different types of data and have tackled challenges unique to internal information. In this session, we will discuss the practical application of AI ETL using generative AI and how our solutions streamline data preparation, thereby enhancing the use of generative AI in business operations.
In architectural and plant design work, unstructured data such as drawings and photos are frequently used, but effectively utilizing this data has traditionally been difficult. However, with the advent of generative AI, the structuring of drawings, photos, and BIM data via prompts has become possible, greatly expanding the potential for data utilization. In this seminar, we will introduce the possibilities for business transformation through the use of generative AI.
