In 2023, he founded Trust Inc., a startup that maximizes business impact through AI and IT in the financial sector.

After graduating from Keio University, she joined SAP and began her career as a consultant. She later moved to a startup and relocated to the United States in 2000 to establish its U.S. subsidiary. Based in Seattle, San Jose, and New York, she spent approximately ten years working across marketing, business partnerships, and strategic alliances in the U.S. market. After returning to Japan following the birth of her child, she founded AI CROSS Inc. in March 2015 and led the company to its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in October 2019. She currently also serves as a council member of the Generative AI Utilization Promotion Association (GUGA) and actively promotes the adoption of AI, including in regional communities.

After gaining experience in business development at SAP and an AI startup, she founded Cynthialy, where she leads corporate initiatives in generative AI talent development, business value creation, and AI agent development. As Representative Director of Women AI Initiative Japan, she promotes the adoption and use of AI among women. She also serves as a member of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s Digital Talent Development Committee and as a visiting professor, playing a leading role in the real-world implementation of generative AI. In addition, she is a Copilot Ambassador and has provided editorial supervision for books on ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

He holds master's degrees from the University of London (Political Economy of Development) and Hitotsubashi University (Business Law).
