Mr. Shunsuke Takanabe joined the Financial Services Agency in 2015 and is a deputy director in charge of startup development measures through debt financing. From 2021 to 2023, he was seconded to the Pension Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), where he was in charge of the corporate pension system and was involved in the formulation of "Startup Development Five-year Plan." He holds a Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.
