Naoko Takahashi joined Aflac in 1996 after graduating from university and assigned to the sales branch and gained experience in agency sales.
In 1999, she moved to Investment division and gained experience in investment accounting and settlement. After that, she moved to the Risk Management division and gained experience in investment risk management.
In 2016, she transferred to the IT division for IT administration. and in 2018, she joined the Digital Innovation Promotion Department. From 2022, she has led the rebuilding project for insurance contract management through digital and data. Additionally, since 2023, she has also been responsible for the AI and data analytics department.
