Kenichi Fujiwara joined the Recruit Group in 2005 with the planning of HR media solutions. He assumed the Executive Officer of the Recruit Career, which was spin-off body from the group in 2012, at the age of 36, the youngest executive then. He led the business strategy and planning for the HR solutions of the fresh graduates. After then, he engaged in various leading roles in the Recruit group extending from the HR media solutions to the governmental subsidy operations amid the Covid-19 in cooperation with the METI as a project manager. He is currently responsible for the HR SaaS products as the Division Officer for helping the DX enhancements of SME's daily operations.
