Since joining the bank in 1995, Mr.Jinno has been responsible for many aspects of Shinkin Central Bank'business, including strategic planning, governance, RAF, IR, and regulatory compliance. With approximately 10 years of experience in branches, he has worked in shinkin-banks consulting and corporate sales transactions. In 2020, he established The Innovation Hub, a DX dedicated department, as the Strategic Planning Department Manager. Currently, he serves as an executive in charge of DX, Shinkin-Banks (Hokkaido, Tohoku), corporate sales, and market operations.
