After graduating from Kyoto University with an Economics degree, he joined Sony Corporation, where he was instrumental in formulating strategies for PlayStation. He later joined OLTA, Inc. as a founding member, where he launched "Crowd Factoring," the first online factoring service in Japan. As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, he is responsible for overseeing business development, including forging partnerships with regional banks. He leverages his extensive knowledge in the manufacturing and gaming/entertainment sectors to promote the adoption of online factoring across Japan. In 2019, he joined the Fintech Association and was appointed Managing Director in 2023.
