Masanori Kusunoki

Mr. Masanori Kusunoki has worked with notable organizations including Microsoft,
Yahoo! JAPAN, and MUFG. In 2021, he transitioned to the role of Director-General
at the newly established Digital Agency. His professional experience further extends to
positions such as Digital Service Fellow of Tokyo, Policy Advisor for Fukuoka City,
and Chairman of the domestic committee for ISO/TC307. At the Digital Agency,
he has overseen initiatives related to the Social Security and Tax number law,
Digital Signature law, the standardization of local government systems, and AI policy development.
