After joining the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and undergoing administrative reorganization and post office privatization, I was assigned to Japan Post Insurance Co., Ltd. in October 2007. Since then, I have served as a planner in the Digital Service Promotion Department and as the head of the Customer Service Department, among others. From April 2023, as an executive officer, I have been promoting the advancement of CX/DX initiatives within the company and the utilization of the latest technologies, such as generative AI.
