After serving at a domestic life insurer since 1990, he joined a foreign life insurer in 1998. He accumulated extensive experience of project management at System Division and assumed the role of managing company-wide projects at Strategic Programming Office. He joined Aflac in 2013. He gained experience at the Development Department and the Administration Management Department in the System Division, engaging in DX promotion, development of advanced technology systems and cross-functional management/strategy formulation, etc. for the System Division. In 2022, after serving as General Manager of the Delivery Coordination Department, he was appointed to the current position as Vice President.
