Tetsuma Arita

Tetsuma Arita is in charge of DX in Center for Advanced Financial Technology in Bank of Japan. From 2011 to 2022, he was responsible for researching IT, especially risk control of cloud services in financial sector. On 1998, he joined Bank of Japan.
In his private life, he studies seasonal adjustment methods for handling time series data and has written an introductory book and papers. Recently, he has upskilled in "Manabi DX Quest", a digital talent program presented by METI.
