After graduating from Hosei University's Faculty of Economics, he joined NTT DoCoMo.
After 11 years of service, he left the company in July 2017.
In August of the same year, he joined the support group office as secretary to his father Jiro Kawasaki and aspired to pursue a career in politics.
In July 2021, he became the head of the Liberal Democratic Party's second constituency branch in Mie Prefecture.
In the ""49th Lower House general election"" held in October 2021, he ran officially by the Liberal Democratic Party from Mie Prefecture's second ward.First elected with 110,155 votes in a single-seat constituency.This is the first time the LDP has won seats in the district since the single-seat constituency system began.
