I joined Japan Net Bank (now PayPay Bank) in 2008, establishing an in-house CSIRT in 2013 and leading the Cyber Security Office from 2015. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of IT Division since July 2023, I oversee system investments and development projects. My expertise encompasses targeted attacks, DDoS countermeasures, and anti-fraud measures. I also manage risks associated with cloud use and new technology adoption. As a steering committee member at Financial ISAC, I lead the Working Group against fraudulent remittances.
