Since 2023, Aya has been the Commercial Legal Lead at Microsoft Japan. Before that, she was in the legal department of Goldman Sachs Japan from 2010 to 2022. Aya also worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York and Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo. She is licensed to practice law in Japan and the State of New York.
