Graduated from Hitotsubashi University in 1986 and joined Nomura Securities Co. After serving as President and Representative Director of Japan Asia Securities, Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Planning Department of FM Tokyo, and Executive Officer of CSK-IS, he founded and became President and Representative Director of Japan Electronically Recorded Monetary Claims Institute (now Tranzax Corporation) in 2009; founded and became President and Representative Director of System Finance (now Re-Tex Corporation) in 2019; and became President and Representative Director of System Finance in 2010.
