Naotaka Terai has extensive experience in banking, having served Hokkoku Bank since 1993 in leadership roles such as Head of HR Development and Comprehensive Planning. Appointed Executive Officer of HR Development in 2021, he now oversees Digital initiatives as the Executive of Digital Department since 2022, responsible for Digital Banking, BaaS Project and Digital Regional Currency Project. Starting in 2024, he takes on the role of Managing Executive Officer of Corporate Planning and Digital.
