A parallel worker in the area of GovTech/CivicTech/FinTech with public-private partnerships. At a financial holding company, he has been in charge of digital strategy and has promoted new business development and open innovation. On the other hand, in pro bono activities, he is involved in the formation of the financial innovation ecosystem by mentoring FinTech startups, providing recommendations to the public sector, and collaborating with overseas FinTech industry associations. He served as a mentor for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's foreign business attraction project (FinTech Business Camp), a member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Code for e-Gov, an adviser to the CIO of the Cabinet Secretariat/ Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Ministry of Finance, and an advisor to the Financial Services Agency.
