After serving as the Head of ESG Solutions in Japan at S&P Global Sustainable1, Naho joined Cierpa & Company as the CEIO in July 2023. Her background includes analytical work and SRI advisory at the London office of Vigeo Eiris, an ESG rating agency, as well as experience in ESG consulting at Deloitte. She has been active in speaking at events and lectures, and has written extensively on ESG and AI. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kyoto University and a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science (Specialism: IT Law).
