Mr. Zhou held senior positions in Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2009 in Asia and Citigroup in 2018 in Europe. He joined Milken Institute in 2019, in charge of institutional investors and single family office network of the institute in Asia. Appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Antalpha Prime in 2024, focusing on the company's global expansion. Mr. Zhou holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School, a Master of Philosophy from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Law from Fudan University.
