Chloe White is an award-winning consultant, a former regulator and policymaker, and a classically trained economist. Chloe has advised clients throughout the value chain including start-ups, listed companies, asset managers, DAOs, industry associations and government. Her most recent appointment was her role within the dedicated Virtual Assets regulator in Dubai, where she served as the inaugural International Regulatory Policy Advisor. Chloe also served as the Australian Government’s inaugural National Blockchain Roadmap Lead, and was previously the primary crypto-asset expert at the Commonwealth Treasury. She has worked full-time on virtual assets since 2017, and is the founder of Riskmastery.xyz.
