Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Letters. Worked for Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd. for 15 years, and in 2015 joined VALUE BOOKS (Ueda, Nagano), a company that buys and sells used books. Currently working toward a B Corp certification for her own company and also on the community-based translation of "The B Corp Handbook" into Japanese to be published by VALUE BOOKS PUBLISHING in spring 2022.
