Yuko Kawai joined Bank of Kochi. a regional bank located in Shikoku island in Japan, in July 2023 after working at Japan Digital Design Inc, Bank of Japan, an independent think tank and a large US financial institution. She is leading technology/market/digitalization divisions for the bank. She has the experience in projects to digitalize financial services with the special emphasis in data analysis and customer experience design. She received an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
