After joining Hakuhodo in 1999, he joined Interspire, Inc.(now UNITED, Inc.) in 2006, where he was appointed to a directors of UNITED after two management integrations. During his tenure, he contributed to the launch of new businesses, venture investments in companies such as Mercari, and the execution of M&A. He was an outside director of Mercari from 2013-2017.  In 2018, he founded XTech Ventures, Inc. and became co-founder and general partner (current position).  In 2019, he became a director (current position) of LayerX, Inc..
