Eriko Oshima entered the Honda R&D in 2012, after graduating the university of Tokyo. I was in charge of the theme for testing efficiency in vehicle development using the customer data.
After that, I was transfered to the technology development team for creating new value for the vehicle in the future, and I proposed the approach using the customer data.
I was transfered to the Connected Strategy Planning and Development Division in April 2020 because I'd like to use the customer data for improving the customer QOL, not only development.
Now, I'm in charge of the planning/verification for new business by the secondary use of our big data.
