Akira Tagaya is an executive officer of Osaka Exchange. He joined Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1990 and mainly worked in market planning and business development section regarding TSE derivatives market. After serving as the director of corporate communications at Japan Exchange Group and the director of market planning at Osaka Exchange, he was assigned the current position in 2017.
