Hideharu Natsume has joined the Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2016. He has served the ID and data strategy at the ID Planning Division of the Recruit group. He has taken the Chief Executive Officer of Recruit-MUFG Business in 2019. Before entering the Recruit, he has engaged in the alliance for building the common point rewarding system in Culture Convenience Club (CCC) Co. Ltd and taken the Executive Officer in 2012 and Board Member of CCC Marketing in 2015 along with the business development as the CEO of T-money. He also served as an independent executive of Trenders Inc.
