Mr. Sakai joined Mitsubishi Estate in 2002. He was a project manager of Peninsula Tokyo Project which was completed in 2007. Also he was an investment manager through real estate securitization which covered offices, logistics, and retail. In 2007 He joined Rockefeller Group in NY and was a development manager of offices and logistics throughout U.S.. After 2012, he was in charge of leasing of offices as well as he founded Finolab in 2016 and Inspired. Lab in 2019 at Otemachi and Found X in 2019 with Tokyo Univ. Recently he founded TMDU Innovation Park with Tokyo Medical and Dental Univ.
