After joining Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (now MUFG Bank) in 1997, worked in the systems department as a developer and project leader. Later transferred to the business department, where engaged in business process improvement, data infrastructure development, and enhancing data management. Since 2020, has been involved in promoting DX (Digital Transformation) and smart work in the systems department.
