Joel Lieginger has spent nearly 20 years as a global leader at the crossroads of financial services, life insurance, and technology, before founding and launching Paceline which was recognized by Fast Company on their Most Innovative List and as one of 2022 World Changing Ideas.
Joel held numerous positions at AIA, one of the world’s leading insurance companies based in Hong Kong. He led the company’s post-IPO strategy and multi-billion dollar bancassurance relationship with Citibank. Before that, Joel led AIG's international strategy and marketing & distribution in Japan. He began his career as a financial manager at Lincoln Financial.
