Adeline Bachellerie works as Head of New Technologies and Innovation for Market Infrastructures at Banque de France, in charge of the wholesale central bank digital currency (CBDC) experimentation programme including the tokenisation of finance and of the regulatory framework of crypto-assets, stablecoins and DeFi. PhD, graduated from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne in Economics, Adeline was previously statistician and mostly contributed to the building of financial accounts at the Banque de France and the ECB.
